Just in time for the winter gloom, we’re going to brighten up the wine room with these awesome origami balloon light strands. Come enjoy some Burnt Bridge wine and learn the traditional origami balloon (also called a waterbomb).  We'll make a whole bunch of them using translucent paper and put them on an LED light strand. You’ll want to make some for to brighten your own home too! Diagrams and paper are provided. Classes are drop in and informal.

Holly Williams is back again to host a favorite event for Burnt Bridge. Come learn some new origami skills and make friends while you sit in our kitchen space for instruction. Classes are drop in, free, and informal. We'll have wine ready to keep you sharp for folding.

Join our friends from Kilnfolk to launch our first Patio Pinch Pot Workshop. We'll be enjoying the beautiful weather while we work on some pottery skills. The class will start with an hour of instruction followed by an hour to work on your designs. Clay Class at Burnt Bridge Cellars - Kilnfolk Clay Studio

Ben and Karyn play original and covers of indie-folk, captivating the audience with their amazing on stage chemistry. They always make sure to include the audience into the performance, making the show feel both intimate and fun.

A Portland based singer-songwriter, fluent in four languages, her repertoire spans Brazilian Jazz, French YéYé, Americana, and other world music – as well as her own Indie-Folk compositions. She attended college at Yale University, and the University of Paris, later moving to Rio de Janeiro where she studied Brazilian rhythms. 6pm-8pm

Join us at Burnt Bridge Cellars for beautiful Spanish ballads and Spanish inspired guitar. They are a Burnt Bridge Cellars favorite! Dana is a local photographer and routinely wows us all with her creative expression through art, and music featuring her husband Jake!

Come Swing by and hang out with us while Randal hosts Trivia! He covers a variety of topics including science, history, sports, pop culture, and music! There’s prizes for the top three winners, and the person in 1st place gets to pick the trivia topic for the following month!

Songwriter Dave Wentz drove from Baltimore to Portland after feeling a desire to start a fresh music project; one with a cohesive vision that involved not only creating meaningful music, but also a vibrant and inclusive community. Dave also has a band called Tigers of Youth that creates bright edged alt-rock. 6pm-8pm

This June, we’re featuring Sue Clancy. She is best known for her animal portraits featuring a cheeky play on words, and her ability to animate animals in a way that makes them relatable to humans.

Emilee Mahan and Kim Mahan of Class Cooking are serving Paella with Pan Con Tomate, served alongside an endive salad with currants and blue cheese.

Music

This First Friday, we’re welcoming Kendall Lujan known for her soulful jazzy music and her vintage inspired look. She’s a favorite of many local wineries and even wrapped up a european tour this year!

Come in for double stamps on your growler purchases the Second Wednesday. We have seven rotating taps of wine, and each growler holds the equivalent of a bottle of wine plus one glass! Keep your recycling bin empty by using a growler each week!

Administrative Professionals’ Day and Mother’s Day are coming up. Wrap your special present in this cute box. The box is relatively easy to fold and works up great in any kind of printed cardstock. Bring your own scrapbook paper if you want to customize your boxes. These little boxes would be awesome for party favors. During our session you can also learn the origami pinwheel which makes a cute decoration for the box. Diagrams and paper are provided. Classes are drop in and informal.

This First Friday, we are featuring Roxanne Fawcett. She has worked in illustration, ceramics and mixed media. She takes her inspiration from natural world, and paints powerful landscapes, and animals featuring bright acrylic colors.
