In this month’s cooking class, all of the recipes we will be making are plant-based (AKA vegan)! This meal is a fresh & vibrant take on classic Thai favorites. Perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and those just looking to enjoy a delicious and colorful meal!
We’ll be cooking from 5:30-7:30pm and dining from 7:30-8:30pm
- Thai fresh rolls: Crisp & vibrant veggies all wrapped up in delicate rice paper
- Homemade peanut sauce: A rich and decadent blend of peanuts, lime & spices. Perfect for dipping Thai fresh rolls
- Pad Thai: A fresh take on the take-out classic. Stir-fried rice noodles and fresh vegetables, all tossed in a tangy-savory-sweet sauce. Finished with crunchy peanuts and tons of fresh lime
- Crispy tofu: Pan-fried to golden, crispy perfection. Served over our Pad Thai noodles
- Toasted coconut & lime macadamia nut cookies: A tropical twist on a classic cookie. Finished with extra toasted coconut and a drizzle of lime icing
To enjoy wine during class, the tasting room at Burnt Bridge Cellars will be open and pouring! Enjoy 20% off wine purchased the evening of class.
